Weigh In Wednesday

This is a completely honest tracker of my weight, I will post my weight every Wednesday morning in pounds so you can see my ups and downs, plateaus and everything else in my journey I may even post a few videos or pictures.. who knows? <3


Okay so this is the day I weighed for the first time after summer.

191lbs. yeah its bad.

I thought I would get a “professional” analysis of my body in the gym.

there is a machine that tells you everything about your body and here is what it told me!

Weight- 12 st 9
Height- 5’2.5
Body fat%- 34.9%
Body type- Standard

okay so overall not good. apparently I am 1.5 inches shorter than I thought and 7lbs heavier. I can explain the weight I had eaten a big dinner, drunk like a litre of water about 10 mins before andd I was fully clothes with shoes on and everything! but over all I am not very happy.
